Who We Are

We are changing the way you celebrate offering real tablescapes for rent, via mail. When we say, "real" we mean it. Our Black Label collections offer metal flatware, quality dinnerware, and curated decor items. 
Simply rent, use, and return. 
 We also offer white label collection party kits for keeps! These curated party box offers the same level of style as our black label collections, but offer the ease and mobility of disposable items! We've search high and low for the chicest, luxury paper goods. Therefore, we know you'll enjoy.

Ordering + Shipping 

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. This ensures your items will be reserved and mailed out to you on time.
However, It is refundable and will be refunded to you once your box is returned and reviewed. 

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes. Your security deposit will be refunded upon return and review of goods. If there are any concerns, you will be contacted by Client Services, prior to any damage charges being taken from your deposit.  

When will I receive my decor box?

You will receive your decor box 1 to 2 business days prior to your event date. 

When do I have to return my box? 

All rentals are due by noon one day after your event, i.e. if your event is on the 6th, your rental must be scanned into FedEx by 12:00 p.m. on the 7th. All late rentals are subjected to a $50 late penalty per day. 

  Do you ship to my area?

Currently, we ship to all 48 states of the continental United States. 

May I change my order? 

Yes. You may change your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact out to Client Services at clientservices@tabelmade.co, with "Order Adjustment Needed" in the subject line and we will take care for the rest!

 I think my package was either lost or stolen. What do I do?

We try to protect our clients by requiring signature required on all deliveries. However, TableMade is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local shipping provider for any delivery concerns.

Product Care

Are the dinnerware and flatware dishwasher-safe?

No. In order to keep the integrity of our products, we ask that you hand wash and hand dry all dinnerware and flatware. 

How do you sanitize your collections? 

All our collection items are washed before and after every use with a commercial grade dishwasher using commercial dishwashing agents and sanitization chemicals. 

Do I have to clean the table runner and napkins too?

Nonsense. Rest easy. We have any and all fabric materials launder through our dry cleaning services. Please return all fabrics in the "soiled" bag, included within your box, and rest up until your next event. If fabric items are damaged beyond repair, you will be contacted by Client Services, prior to any damage charges being taken from your security deposit. 

Cancellations

How can I cancel my rental order?

We're sad to see you go but we know you'll be back.
We required a 14 day notice for cancellations.
To cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request here: TableMade Rental Cancellation Form.  
If you cancel your order less than 14 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.
However, your decor box purchase will be returned.

Custom Boxes

I have a special event coming up and need help designing a unique table scape. May I order a custom box?  

Of course! Style is our name. Custom is our game. Please reach out to Clientservices@tabelmade.co, with "Custom Request" in the header. Please be mindful all custom work will include a $50 surcharge; a private phone consolation with our lead curator, Tammy L. Noel is included with all customizations. Please reach out Client Services at clientservices@tabelmade.co to arrange a phone consultation. 

I need a table for more than six. May I order more place settings?  

Of course! However, shipping costs may increase due to the increased box size and weight or an additional shipment may be required. Please reach out to Client Services at clientservices@tabelmade.co, with "Additional Seats Needed" in the subject line, to have  a box size increased for you. 

I need a table for a corporate or personal event, like a wedding. Do you service large scale events?

We sure do! TableMade aims to elevate any table, of any size. Our event rental sector is currently in the works and you can view our full S/S 2018 catalog here. We'll start booking clients within the metro Atlanta area Spring/Summer 2018.

What is Freshly Faux?
